I did a study of the ancient Hebrew of Isaiah 55:11. It comes into a deeper meaning now. I am of the opinion this is the process of The Substance of His will.
The quickened word (that is spirit & life) that continually proceeds (from my mouth) from the dimension of heaven where I dwell is sent with My purpose by My will. My will is not whimsical, arbitrary or futile. My sent word is not limited by time, space or dimension. It will supernaturally create its purpose at the destination according to my will and good pleasure. It will cause advancement, gain more land and prosper unto where it is thrown as a spear at its target; shooting out of the ground with My purpose.
