“I’ll fix it”

The love of my life, Darunee, has told me something that rang in my ears today,

“If you always do what you always did, then you will always get what you always got.”

Thank you Sweety. This is so true.

Reminds me of  Gal. 2:18, “”For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.”

Last night, 11/17/10, I had a meeting with my counterpart in China. I discovered our upcoming production deployment was not going to happen. A bug was found. The deployment was scheduled for 11/20/10. This bug was the worst case scenario. Needless to say, it was a stressful experience.

I prayed again outside and asked the Lord for help. I felt He told me, “I will fix it.” I responded, “Ok Lord, I put this all into Your hands.” I left it and gave it Him. I believed He was going to do what He said. I limited it to only the bug in the code.

After the meeting, my seven year old son wanted to pray with me. We prayed. Today, the developer in China informed me he was able to resolve the issue. Success! I had a meeting with management and now management wants to assist in creating a new process, reorganization, etc. When the Lord says something it is not small. I should know this.

Thank you Lord for Your faithfulness.

Psalm 121:2, “My help [cometh] from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”

Phil. 4:6, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God..”

Heb. 2:17, “Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.”

Heb. 4:15, “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are-yet was without sin.”
