1 Thess. 1:3, “Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;”

Remembering your WORK of His faith. The word work also means employ. His grace and faith employs me!

  • to make use of (an instrument, means, etc.); use; apply: to employ a hammer to drive a nail.

Phil. 1:6, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform [it] until the day of Jesus Christ:”

Phil. 2:13, “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of [his] good pleasure.”

Greek paraphrase Phm 1:6: That the fellowship (indescribable intimate union and bond) of your (His) faith may become godly life-energy by the revelatory knowledge of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
