Calling or Baptism?

Gal. 3:26-28, “²⁶ For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. ²⁷ For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. ²⁸ There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

Paul is referring to being IN Christ. Baptized, immersed, drowned into Christ. Heb. 6:2, “Of the doctrine of baptisms..” Referring to the principles of the doctrine of Christ. Baptism compared to function or calling are different. I have heard some say a woman can be an apostle based on this. This is not referring to calling, but baptism and being in Christ. This is very different.
