  • Special relativity

Special Relativity:  This theory states that it is impossible to determine whether or not you are moving unless you can look at another object.1

I am aware that Christ IS my life, Col. 3:3. Naturally speaking, zoe, godly-life energy is relative to death, but it is more. In His presence there is fullness. Zoe life is unaware of death. It cannot die. That is why Jesus did not stay dead. The fullness of the Godhead dwells in Him bodily in His resurrected and glorified flesh, 1 Cor. 15:45. Death cannot co-exist with life, Rom. 8:2. Darkness cannot comprehend light. Perfect love casts out fear and torment. Legalism and religion cannot impart life, but only death, 2 Cor. 3:6. His life is eternal. Therefore, it is also not aware or dependent on time. “For where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty.”

Well, that’s interesting I guess? So, how does this apply to my life?

If am not in bondage to the spirit of fear or death then what am I fearful of? Heb. 2:9, 14-15

If I am fearful then how much of His life am I partaking of? Why does this matter? Paul says we have boldness or plainness of speech to talk to GOD THE FATHER. All because of Christ’s Body, sacrifice and holy blood.

Jesus sets us free from us. I do not have to be fearful of me because he was nailed to the cross with Christ. I no longer live, but Christ lives in me! Gal. 2:20.

The just shall live by His faith in them everyday and grow in grace and knowledge of Him from glory to glory and faith to faith. We are over comers no longer even fearful of death. Of whom shall I be afraid?

  • Whole, holy, pure, sound motive

2 Tim. 1:7, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

    Sound mind:

Setmind (5426) (phroneo from phren = literally the diaphragm and thus that which curbs or restrains. Figuratively, phren is the supposed seat of all mental and emotional activity) refers to the basic orientation, bent, and thought patterns of the mind, rather than to the mind or intellect itself (that is the Greek word nous). Phroneo includes a person’s affections and will as well as his reasoning.  In other words phroneo refers not simply to intellectual activity but also to direction and purpose of heart.

His Spirit changes the course of direction, Eph. 4:23, in the spirit of our mind (our “knower”. know that we kn0w) and our motive is transformed and made whole. Our conscience no longer aware of guilt or condemnation. In turn, this effects our mind and motive. This is the fulfillment of,

Hebrews 10:16, “I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;”

Our mind and motive and constantly being renewed by revelation of Him in us according to hearing the word of truth. The apprehension of this truth in us enables us to make wiser decisions and naturally bear His fruit. Bearing His fruit is natural. Against such things there is no law. I believe that is because the motive is renewed and transformed.

This enables us to BE in and reveal glory in the pressures of everyday life. The world cannot give us this. There is no such thing in the world. They do not have the blood of the Lamb of God Who takes away the sins of the world.

In my life, an example of this would be I do not desire the things I use to desire, i.e. porn, excessive drinking, cussing, resentment, drugs, etc. When Paul says the old has gone he really means the old has gone. Gone to God is oblivion as if it never existed. I cannot be the way I use to be. Why? Is it because I am Not suppose to? No, it is because my desire has been transformed and I don’t want to. This is a huge contrast between unfeigned faith, 2 Tim. 1:5, and hypocritical dead religion. My mind is growing more “sound” or “saved” every day by the revelation of Christ in me.

  • “I’ll fix it”

The love of my life, Darunee, has told me something that rang in my ears today,

“If you always do what you always did, then you will always get what you always got.”

Thank you Sweety. This is so true.

Reminds me of  Gal. 2:18, “”For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.”

Last night, 11/17/10, I had a meeting with my counterpart in China. I discovered our upcoming production deployment was not going to happen. A bug was found. The deployment was scheduled for 11/20/10. This bug was the worst case scenario. Needless to say, it was a stressful experience.

I prayed again outside and asked the Lord for help. I felt He told me, “I will fix it.” I responded, “Ok Lord, I put this all into Your hands.” I left it and gave it Him. I believed He was going to do what He said. I limited it to only the bug in the code.

After the meeting, my seven year old son wanted to pray with me. We prayed. Today, the developer in China informed me he was able to resolve the issue. Success! I had a meeting with management and now management wants to assist in creating a new process, reorganization, etc. When the Lord says something it is not small. I should know this.

Thank you Lord for Your faithfulness.

Psalm 121:2, “My help [cometh] from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”

Phil. 4:6, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God..”

Heb. 2:17, “Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.”

Heb. 4:15, “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are-yet was without sin.”

  • Jesse healed

Today, 11/16/10, talked to my friend Jesse. Five doctor’s opinions said he shouldn’t walk out of the hospital.

The Lord told me at the hockey game, “I will heal him (Jesse).”

He is not in the hospital and the doctor said, “You are on your way to a full recovery.”

Col. 2:8, ” Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”

  • Disown my true nature

2 Tim. 2:13, “If we are faithless, he will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself.”

If I am not living by His faith and grace in me I am disowning my true nature. Christ is the First and the Last. All things were created by Him and for Him. All things consist by Him. He cannot disown Himself.

If I disown myself as Adam did then I separate myself from relationship and life with my Creator and God. My life is hid in Him, Col. 3:3. I am pushing myself away from who I truly am, but faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of life and truth. This faith is His faith and it is the substance of things hoped for. This hope imparts His life. He is the hope of glory and He is life. I expect righteousness, joy, love, power and life because He is the hope of glory in me.

So, 2 Tim. 2:13 is saying if we are faithless He will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself. He is truth. Truth cannot deny itself. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be truth.

  • Love is always faithing

1 Cor. 13:7, “(Love) bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”

“Believes all things” is the verb for faith. Love is always “faithing”. The word reveals itself to the hearer’s heart. Faith comes. Godly-life energy and revelation transform our will and motive. We love in action and truth.

Gal. 5:6, “For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.”

Philemon 1:6, “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” See His power working in us…

Greek paraphrase Phm 1:6: That the fellowship (indescribable intimate union and bond) of your (His) faith may become godly life-energy by the revelatory knowledge of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

This past year so far for 2010 has been a year of mountains and valleys. Love has been my energy and oxygen. I have been going through a custody battle, divorce, possible foreclosure, ever-increasing lawyer debt, lay-off rumor at work and attended the funeral of a close aunt to start off the year. I have discovered through perseverance, the word, fellowship and grace-enabled choices that when I choose to love when I don’t feel like loving which is “love believing (faithing) all things” that I will make it. And I have. HE is the Hope of Glory in us. His love cannot and does not bring shame or guilt. It pours godly-life energy in me to do and be in the midst of the pressures of life because I want to. Paul said, “The love of God compels him.” His love has and is pushing me out of fear of whatever the circumstances of life are into Him and His life. Otherwise, I would live in spiritual death, 1 John 3:14. He is so much bigger, 1 John 3:19-20, 4:4. Spiritual death will bring only the merry-go-round of misery and the same ol’ same ol’. My relationship and fellowship with Christ pushes me through it all. Paul said, “That I might know Him.” What else is there? What else can compare to knowing God’s only Son and the Father?

Thank you King Jesus for Your faithfulness to me, 2 Tim. 2:13; Heb. 2:17.

  • What is a blessing?

Eph. 1:3, “Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ..”

Heb. 6:13-14, “For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.”

    Hebrew definition of blessing: https://www.ancient-hebrew.org/27_bless.html

We are and will continue to bless those we encounter. Christ is God’s gift to us in us. Thank you Lord! We give Christ in us to each other.

The Hebrew verb barak means to bless as seen in Genesis 12:2 but can also mean kneel as seen in Genesis 24:11. A related Hebrew word is berakah meaning a blessing or a gift or present. From this we can see the concrete meaning behind barak in the sense of a blessing. It is to bring a gift to another while kneeling out of respect. The extended meaning of this word is to do or give something of value to another. God “blesses” us by providing for our needs and we in turn “bless” God by giving him of ourselves as his servants.

  • Obeyed, adhered to from the heart by grace

Rom. 10:8, “But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):”

Rom. 10:10, “For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Rom. 6:17, “But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered.”

The hearing from the heart enables obedience by grace through the hearing of faith and revelation believing unto righteousness. Christ is our righteousness.

Rom. 1:5, “By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:”

The fellowship of His faith imparts godly life energy. Philemon 1:6.

  • Rom. 10:10 – Passive effect of the utterance of God

Romans 10:10, “For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

I believe with my heart and confess (homologeo) with my mouth because God spoke.

Isa. 55:11, “So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper [in the thing] whereto I sent it.”

Rom. 4:3, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”

When God speaks and His word goes from His mouth it is “the substance of things hope for and evidence of things not yet seen” in the hearer’s heart, Heb. 11:3.

He speaks many things. Here are some.

    • His good, perfect and well-pleasing will
    • Love
    • Truth
    • Prophetic
    • Power
    • Faith
    • Hope
    • Blessing
    • Peace

  • Flesh is disarmed

Gal. 5:22-23, “And the fruit of the Spirit is: Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law;”

Driving behind car today. They took their sweet time. This verse and the kinds of fruit came to mind.

As I bear fruit, others are effected by it. It is not self-inspired, but Spirit and grace compelled. Since the motive is not fear based the effect is not always the same. The effect is also lasting because the fruit is real. The fruit is His character, essence and godliness.

1 Tim. 3:16, “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”

The flesh is disarmed, Col. 2:15, by grace, Rom. 8:2-3.

Bearing grace and loved-based fruit draws others to Him in us or Him.

John 12:32, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw ALL [men] unto me.”

John 6:44, ““No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day.”
